    Following the success of our first two Pilates Mini Workshops with Dr Bec Burns and Phoebe Cole – creator of the Pilates Mini – we’re excited to offer this popular session again soon!

    This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how the Pilates Mini can support your clinical rehab, strength goals, or home movement practice. Many people take it when travelling or use it to maintain consistency between studio sessions.

    The workshop is a great introduction, and many participants choose to follow up with a 1:1 session to create a tailored workout using the Mini to meet their individual needs.
